1Meal4.africa is a ready-to-eat product as is, washed down with drinking water, or can be crumbled and mixed with drinking water to make a porridge or drink, especially for young children, to ensure fluid intake and digestibility.

NUTRITION AND DOSAGE

1Meal4.africa offers a good balance of essential nutrients, vitamins, and minerals; moreover, adequate protein from various sources provides an optimum range of amino assets. One serving of 1Meal4.africa will meet at least the nutritional reference value (NRV) for most of the substances we should take daily to maintain homeostasis.

NRV is a baseline figure and suggests the lowest amount of a given substance we should take in daily. Increased daily consumption of 1Meal4.africa or the intake of other food substances will increase the nutritional, energy, and satiety value in the diet.

With the formula of the product, we have been taken into consideration that the NRV for children older than 1/2 two years, ensuring that as little as one portion a day allows for at least the minimum requirement of the essential nutrition required daily.
